The Julian is the latest project to sprout in Creative Village. The 14-story, mixed-use apartment complex is set to open the summer of 2020.
The Ustler Group’s latest development will have 409 units and 6,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Amenities include a rooftop pool, indoor courtyards, a fitness center and “collaboration spaces” on each floor of the building. The collaboration spaces are meeting rooms with different layouts, from presentation rooms with bleacher-type seating and large screens to one-on-one meeting rooms.
At the corner of West Amelia Street and North Terry Avenue, The Julian is just north of UnionWest at Creative Village and just east of the proposed 2.5-acre Central Park, which will include a lawn and bandshell and is expected to open the same time as the apartment complex.
The 409 units will vary in size. There will be studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. According to The Julian’s website, the total project cost of the complex is $108 million.
