Springtime in Orlando is simply the best. Aside from the perfect weather, there is so much going on to get us out enjoying it. Not to mention all the fabulous restaurants with outdoor seating.
Tommy Cardinal (assistant editor) and I had a working lunch a few weeks ago at the new Eola General. If you haven’t eaten there yet, make it your next stop. I had the cayenne spiced egg salad on rye and Tommy had the vegan bagel. Both were outstanding. Sitting outside at a picnic table made it the perfect midday break from the office.

The Milk District is holding a super cool event at Cherry Creek Park on April 3 at 6:30 p.m. Join neighbors for their Seed & Plant Swap Picnic.
UCF is taking over the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center again this year with UCF Celebrates the Arts. April 5 through 14, you will be able to experience the incredible talent coming out of our hometown school.
First United Methodist Church invites you for a spring picnic and egg hunt on April 6 at 10:00 a.m.
Thornton Park will be celebrating the six-year anniversary of its 2nd Thursday Wine & Art Walk on April 11. You can join the fun with special pricing this month — just $10.
And we can’t forget the Easter egg hunts! Thornton Park will hold their hunt on April 20 at Mayor Carl Langford Park at 10:00 a.m.
